Hello can any Russians out there speak to what a national identity document is for Russians or if it is not applicable?

I wasn't sure if this refers to the internal passport of if the international passport is adequate.

If all Russian citizens are issued an Internal passport, then put that no. in, otherwise No

I am sure the internal passport in this case serves as national ID card like in some other countries and it is safe to say that you can use it but only if it is a national type ID and issued to everyone so consualtes would be familiar of it. Kinda repeated PMM

Thank you both very much for your help, as I understand it is the law all Russian Citizens are required to have this passport after their 14th birthday, so I think I should include it.
