Name wrong in Ecas

Hi

we sent my sisters file to NS in july and sent full documents to Delhi in december. I logged in to ecas today and they somehow have her middle name as SINGH instead of KAUR.

how do i contact them to make the change. do i call the centre in canada (i live in caada) or is there an email addy? or do we contact new delhi???

I would send them a letter, with the relevant proof which clearly shows her name is Kaur. I am no expert at this but that is what I would do.

Just to add to that. If any other documents had it as Singh and not Kaur, make sure you write an explanation why that is the case.
