name based check OK for Kansas, USA PCC?

Hi All:

I am collecting PCCs from US states. Kansas gives PCC based on Name based or fingerprint based checks. I have already taken finger print based PCC from FBI. Can I take PCC issued on name based check?

If you are taking a state PCC before CHC has requested for it, name based PCC is ok but if CHC specifically requests for the state PCC then you need Finger Print based PCC

I was originally thinking of taking state PCC's and sending them along with full documents. Do they request for State PCC while sending AOR or after submitting the full documents?

Thats fine as long as you have the fingerprint based FBI one to support it

State PC are asked for on case by case basis and are not required in most cases. So I would rather not go through FP based state PCC initially.
