Hi,
I got my TRV from the High commission last week for 7 months time, but this does not cover the total duration of my study program(stay) which is 12 months (including a 13 week work term). I submitted all the documents that I got from the university to the High Commission when I applied for the student Visa (including the work term letter, letter of acceptance, etc.). The study program is an Advanced Diploma at MUN,NL and starts on 5th of September 2017.
Could the CBSA refuse to offer me a study permit and entry to Canada, stating that, "The duration of the TRV does not meet the duration of the study program, the applicant might have submitted misleading information/documents to the High Commission" ? If so what should I do?
