I am live in caregiver in Toronto. I am planning to apply my PR this septemper. my first four months I was under the LMO as a nanny. then I changed my employer under LIMO I completed my 20 months. my question is which catogary I can submit my PR. the old programme new caregiver programme.please give answer

Did she keep you under the live in caregiver program? If you opted for live out then you are under the new program.

My situation is i started under LMO but my new employer in 2016 kept me under the live in caregiver program with the Lmia.

So its possible to qualify for both. You started under LMO but if you did not stay in the old program then you are under the new program
