my consultant made me confused,,,plz help me seniors!!!

Ask your consultant to write IELTS. He doesn't even know basic english.

Tell him that he has to get 6.5 atleast in all 4 modules then only you will continue to go ahead with him for your application.

Consultants are Morons and Sinisters......

hi frnds,,,,after getting AOR from CIO,i submit all my documents to my consultant so as to send them to CHC but they didnt send the same.thay are saying that as accountant[i applied in this category] category has been removed,the duties have to be modified so as to avoid the rejection.

it made me confused as CIC clearly mentioned that all cases prior to 26th june will be handeled as per the policies prevailing that time,how can they reject it....?

its my second chance as i got refusal earlier so dont want to take any risk this time.

seniors plz help me out!!!!

Your consultant must not change yor NOC if you really intend to get visa because the information you have sent already to CIO will confuse them!!!! ???

Greatly said everybody i just contacted a consultant to discuss my application though i hv not finalised with him,i asked about my Academic IELTS, he said its not accepted and I hv to go for General one ....i told him its accepted now from 10 th April onwards ..but he had no information ..they are all stupids and only delay the cases just for nothing ..only make money out of one's innocence...Good LUCK

Hi Ahmad,

Your consultant is right after 26th June you will need to submit your IELTS result to CIC and that should be in GENERAL module not Academic, since your ielts is in Academic means you need to give IELTS again in General module now.

i hv tough situation.i hv only work exp letter & J.D. Letter and business card for my past employers but all are on old dates.as our part of world back date letters are ok .

all documents starts from appointment letter to payslip of present employer i have it on present dates.

can seniors will advice us.it is enough or we have to shows any other legal proof for past employer.

you have 100s of consultants here for free? why paying some studpid, uneducated consultants who can't even read the CIC instrcutions properly?!?!?!?!?! come on, wake up!
Anther thing, if you don't believe in yourself and act independently, I suggest you make sure you gain that confidence before landing in Canada--coz you can't afford hiring consultants in every stage in your life there.

Follow what others sugegsted.

so does this mean that accountants cannot apply....

if i go thru NOC list under detailed occupational structure it still lists finance and accountant as NOC 111 .

Am i reading wrong or is the NOC list not updated ? can i still apply as accountant under new rules?

Hello, Do not be confuse others and do not make others disappoint....

All the degrees are accepted ie. BCom, BA, BE, BSc, Diploma, ITI and even 12th Standard are also accepted.

Who told you, new delhi is not accepting BCom degree?
Many seniors of this forum from India has already got visa on BCom degree and now they are in Canada.

Minimum Requirements are
1. Your points should be 67 out of 100 and
2. You must have at least 1 year of work experience under 29 category (for new candidate) or under 38 category(for old category)
