my address on e-cas plz help!!!!!!!!!

i contacted cic.
they dont know anything abt this,
they transferred me to cic ppl n then he gave me an email adreesss to wirte an inquiry to them

in short they dnt know anything....if they dont who knows....

i also have a similar situation.i was able to access my ecas,with the ecas tracker and on my own,then all of a sudden,2 weeks ago,nothing!! i tried and tried,but no luck.i just found out my hubby got a new file number,but i am still not able to access ecas with it,not sure why that is.

CIC may have removed the addresses because where an applicant changes addresses, and e-cas does not update it for months, that shows the applicant how slow CIC really is. It suggests that the visa office hasn't opened the file yet.

No, the people who are in process at Buffalo have had their file opened. The address removal doesn't have anything to do with that. I received a letter from them last week asking for more info so I know they have opened my file and I know they have my address - I haven't changed it at all since I sent the app. Why it's now been removed is anyone's guess but is not related to the processing times or an address change.

I plan to sit tight for a bit and see if it corrects itself. If not I may send an email.

I guess they have removed the mailing address of those clients whom they contact by EMAIL only.. What do you say?

i am not sure if your point is valid... the reason for that is.... i was contact for AOR and add docs by the embassy thru email.... but when after seeing your post yest regarding ur address disappearing on ecas i checked mine and it was there. so am not sure if your point is valid......

I have also found that my e-CAS , that my address does not show me anything. it now removed. Please let me know whether it is technical fault or we are going to get good news ?

I hope so and that all of us will be granted visa soon
my lawyer advised me that they are working on our files and some changes must have added to our files and that is why addresses have disappeared someone on other thread has the same situation 3 weeks ago and after they got their visa
we send an inquiry yesterday i will let you know if i have any news
