MS in CANADA or PR in CANADA?

6yr exp. working as Sr. S/W Developer (I.T) in MNC. Confused about doing M.S (Education - C.S) or Applying PR in Canada.

For MS 6yrs exp. is a gap in education, whereas for PR, a PG is more preferable.

Plz help me deciding

Xth-84% (2004), XII- 72%(2006), B-Tech -71%(2010) IELTS- Not appeared yet.
Let me know if GRE is required?
