The MPNP online tool seem to be requiring secondary educational documents to be uploaded aside from highest level of education.
My husband and I are out of our home country so getting the secondary education documents will be a challenge. We only have documents for our highest level of education.
Has anyone faced the same dilemma and what actions did you take?
