I received an email galing manitoba na denied ako.

Eto nakalagay sa reason nila " you did not demonstrate proof of your connection to manitoba as outlined in the eligibility criteria. Specially.., you didnot provide sufficient documents to prove your relationship to yiur manitoba supporter and your manitoba supporter didnot provide the settlement plan part 2.

Eh ng send nmn yung pinsan ko sa email ng settlement plan 2. Asawa kasi ng pinsan ko yung supporter ko. Ano kaya pede kong gawin na excite pa nmn ako mag bukas ng email kanina. Help mga ka forum

Please, help me.

I have no idea what to write on such sections of Settlement plan 2 as:
1) Please describe your relationship with the applicant?
He is my brother, what else should I write?
2) Describe how you will assist the applicant and accompanying family members (if applicable) with the implementation of his/her
Settlement Plan?
3) Describe how you will assist the applicant and accompanying family members (if applicable) with finding suitable housing?
My brother doesn't have his own home, he rents a small apartment, so what to write here?????????????
4) Describe how you will assist the applicant and accompanying family members (if applicable) meet initial and daily needs???
5) Describe how you will connect the applicant with settlement services offered in Manitoba?


I would appreciate if someone could share his/her experience of writing Settlement Plan 2. I am totally stock.

Hi there. Read the MPNP website and the MPNP kit on how to file an appeal for denied applications. You need to provide supporting documents to dispute the reasons for your denied application. Good luck!

AS PER CIC APPLICATION GUIDE... THEY ARE DEMANDING AT LEAST 6 MONTHS VALIDITY DEMAND DRAFT IN CAD DOLLARS FOR APPLICATION FEES........

BUT HERE IN INDIA.....As per RBI guidelines, with effect from April 1, 2012, the validity period of Cheques, Demand Drafts, Pay Orders and Banker's Cheques will be reduced from 6 months to 3 months, from the date of issue of the instrument.....

SO.......PLEASE ADVICE....
ANY ONE FROM INDIA, WHO CLEARED THIS PHASE....

I have heard that RBI guidelines are only for local/national instruments.
International DDs still have 6 months validity. Please check again with the issuing bank.

September 25, 2011-certificate of nomination granted
November 15, 2011- forwarded application to CEM
December 22, 2011-AOR received from CEM
April 27, 2012 -Medical Request
May 2012-Medical exam
June 2012-Requested additonal proof of genuine relationship with my spouse
Sept 2012-Passport request
October 14, 2012- ECAS update - DM(Decion Made)
As of today, still waiting for my passport with visa =)

may i know what is your relationship to your sponsor? your application were quite fast than anyone i know.. i just submitted mine last september 2012. 1st cousin is my sponsor and she is a canadian resident, where she born and raised ...would u think having a canadian sponsor could expedite the application fast...just asking...thanks.. good luck to all of us

Letter from financial institution and account statements are required, i would like to ask who is the addressee and address of the addressee that will appear on those documents? the bank requires that part before they release it to me. hope to hear from you guys! thanks a lot!

Hi pol, My first cousin who migrated to Winnipeg and has been a citizen since 2007 is my sponsor. From what I understand, it doesn't matter how closely you are related but that you establish/prove that relationship. I was hoping the MPNP application would be faster since I hear the CIC app is the longer process. Best wishes to you & hope it goes quickly. Just be patient & have faith!

Newbie ako dito and i'm planning to submit my application online too...somebody help! Q1. anybody here who submitted their PRC id/certificate...as add'l documents, saan ba section ito pweding ilagay? Q2. I have already 12k CD on my account plus 20k that I lend to by brother...Statuatory letter from him pwedi nba yun to support that claim? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi guys!

I just recently applied for MPNP online via Family Stream. I have submitted my application on the 25th of October and received the confirmation of receipt of my application on the same day. My sister-in-law in Manitoba also received on the same day the request for submission of SP2. I received the MPNP File # by email on the 26th of October. My sister-in-law is preparing the SP2 and most probably will submit by email by next week.

I would like you to include me in your tracking list so that I can compare notes with the applicants who have also applied online and through the same "stream". By the way, I and my family currently resides in Jeddah, KSA.

no update yet its been more than a month. How long does it take normally ? more than
a month from sponsor interviewed?

Relax Juju and keep your fingers crossed. Your LOA hopefully is on its way to you. Normally if the interview went well, the LOA is issued in just a few days. That is, within a week's time. It could have been mailed to you, in your home country, that is why you have not received it. Give it maybe 2 weeks more and I think it will just come unexpected
