MPNP nomination, when to submit to CIC?

Hello, I have a quick question, I got nominated by manitoba last week and I got everything ready to send to CIC, except for the background checks... I think I could take me 1 to 2 months to get the police certificates...
Is it better to wait and submitt everything together or should I send the paperwork without the police report and then submitt them when requested?

Hi. It would be best to submit your papers complete according to the checklist to avoid any delays. You have six months to submit you application to CIO so you have enough time to secure your police certificates. If your papers are returned by CIO, that would cause a significant delay and additional expense and stress on your part.

Hi,
If you look at the check list it says u can submit them later. So u can send them now provide police cert later but u should provide a letter explaining the reason.

from which country did you apply? what stream? I am just curious so as to have an idea, I just sent my online application last night, Family stream , online
