MPNP - Manitoba friend can nominate 2 diffrent family in the MPNP in one year?

Hi Guys,

Manitoba immigration programe re-open at 30 April 2015.

There is one path:

Skilled Workers with a Connection to Manitoba:
Applications are accepted – during intake periods set annually by the MPNP – from qualified skilled workers who are not currently working in Manitoba but demonstrate a strong connection to the province through friends and be assessed sufficient points on five eligibility factors – age, English proficiency, work experience, education and adaptability.

My friend's famlity (husband & wife) are lived in Winnipeg last 10 year.

Just wanted to know that 2 person (husband & wife) from one family can nominate 2 diffrent families in the MPNP in one year?
