I have reviewed the presentation about new regulations and new programs of MPNP which will be applied in Jan 2018, the stream which I am interested in is Skilled Workers Overseas (including 2 categories Express Entry one and the other outside Express Entry)
Actually My Question is applied on both categories, as both of them needs a connection to Manitoba
(either Friend, work, education in Manitoba) or Invitation to Apply by them, explanatory visit was the only way to get invitation to apply by them in old system, in this new changes and categories they never talk about explanatory visit which means it seems to be cancelled... my question is how we can get invitation to apply in case they will cancel the exploratory visit? does any one have information about this point or it doesn't reveled yet and we need to wait until January ???
