We have pre-screened your application and wish to advise that it has not been accepted for assessment because the information and/or documents you provided in your application is not consistent with the EOI profile that served as the basis of you receiving a Letter of Advice to Apply.

Then they were specific with my ielts result in which i remember i was advised to make some changes because there is a corresponding pts for Clb.. Which is a big mistake on my part..

Now i honestly dont know what to do next.. Literally heart broken with the result

Quite sad to hear this and found that such quick refusals by pre-assesment is triggered by "Documentation on file is determined to be fraudulent and/or the information provided in the application does not substantiate the claims made in the applicant’s Expression of Interest" refer MPNP Policy and procedures document.

What exactly was wrong in the IELTS vs CLB that caused it? May be there is a chance for integrity review.

please advise what to do if i received an email that application has not been accepted for assessment due to some discrepancy in EOI and submitted documents? it was an honest mistake.. will it be possible for me to apply for EOI right away or should i wait for another year? will there be a process to request a review from my application to avoid applying for another EOI?

Well sorry to hear about this. In my opinion I think you cant not request for a review. As the guideline says you can only request a review only if your file assessment have been completed.

The way to go is to create a new profile with all the said discrepancies corrected.

Hi Niam, How do you know that JOELJULIA got rejection . Because I have never come across any of her post where she had said that her application was rejected. I am also from draw 8 . I got LOA on 30 April. I tried to contact JoelJulia through PM but she did not responded .

Friends,

I am not saying that his/her application was finally rejected. All I am saying is that his/her application was pre-screened on October, 2015 because he/she made the same mistake on the calculation of the points with reference to the IELTS test. I am aware that he/she reapplied after that event and was actually about to get his/her nomination. My advice to Isreyes was to get in touch with Joeljulia in order to understand his/her way forward.

Unfortunately, I can't send you links. Advice, type "settlement plan" into Google, and you will find blank forms and some links with tips. You will also find SP2 which you can send to your supporter.
My advice is: use your own words, write your reasons.
When you finish your application, you will find smth. like "email to friend/supporter"... Then, if you click that, program will automatically send it to your supporter. I sent this link before, by mail, so she could prepare herself.

is your assesment point low, is your assesment point below 480, if not, wat else are you waiting for, go and pick up your documents again, corrects them and apply back again, dis time arround make sure you corrects the mistakes, go to MPNP 2016 and ask questions about EOI there, most of them just passed through that, in less than a month u get feed back, hurry

i reapplied the eoi with new login id and password the very next day after i received the email from mpnp and got LAA in the next draw. so dont worry go ahead without wasting time. apply again .best of luck........

Got LAA after the June draw and submitted a full application on 11 june. Earlier after submitting EOI MPNP sent an email saying i qualify for express entry substream of mpnp.

Does anyone know the process for express entry sub stream of mpnp. Whether they would just add the points on the express entry for provincial nomination like they do for ontario provincial nominee or something else.

What is the processing time inland applicants. Someone here said less than two months and others have said 3 months? Any ideas
