13th draw already done.. I think sometime around Feb10th. Updates were not published on the website due to the april elections.

vjnand - how 13th draw is done?? Do you think MPNP is so unfair to publish draw on its website. I don't think so at all.

13th draw is still due to come.

Congratulations Sb689 and Vjnand. Is like the MPNP is moving very fast now. Hopefully by end April all the 10th batch applicants status will change to assessment pending

Thank you Motunrayo, Luman, Camlina. Possibly vjnand is right, it was an automated system, but still it gives me hope that the application is moving forward. lets pray that other steps also complete in time or sooner.

I think most of the people in this thread are out-land candidates. Me too. What I have observed in this forum, inland candidates maintain separate thread as they face different kind of problems and also their timeline is different from us.

You may wish to check MPNP 2016 thread. Around three people in that thread has claimed they have received LAA within 10 to 12 th February,2016. Additionally mpnp has declared in their website "Public communications are limited leading up to the election of April 19, 2016. " This can be a reason why MPNP did not update their website with new draw information.

Could anyone please help me to answer this? Do I need to have relative in Manitoba in order to be nominated for Express Entry sub-stream? Base on Manitoba website, it's stated: "have an existing open application with a MPNP file number in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream within our inventory"

Does open application means submitted EOI but have not been invited for LAA? I find this statement very vague and ambiguous. Could someone explain please? Thank you very much!

Hi vananhthai
before 2015, MPNP used to accept paper based applications. In early 2015, when they had just started EOI system, MPNP declared that they were going to accept 500 additional applicants under MPNP express entry sub stream whose files they have already received. Therefore it is obvious that all of those 500 applicants were either 2014 paper based applicants or inland applicants. After that we did not receive any further announcement on express entry sub stream. even do not know if it still exists. If you are an out-land applicant you need to have a relatives or friend in Manitoba to apply to any scheme. Hope this sheds some light on your confusion.

Agreed sb689. Though the notifications are from automated system, the process is moving. Officers will pick up the cases once it is in "Assessment Pending" , so hopefully we will be getting the interview calls by some time next week.. Let us pray and wish for the best,!!

smilewinnipeg16 - you can try to call the MPNP office, and I am sure they will be able to confirm the status and the cut off for the 13th draw.
