For the RPRF fee, should I pay for each person? One person is 490CAD, my family have 4 person(my wife & I, one 8 years old boy and a new born daughter), so I should pay 490*4?

Eager for your help for I was asking to submit our passports now.

Have patience ! You wll receive soon ... can take 4 to 8 weeks time sometimes more ..

You will most definitely have to explain that. No doubt.
I know someone who filed for immigration and they had a wife and kids. They went to Winnipeg first and called the family later ( after around 3 months) after finding a job, apartment, etc.
They had no problems with their landing but they did have to answer the questions regarding why they decided to come in separately.
Best of luck with whatever you decide.

I think all accompanying dependants whose visa is issued should be landing with primary applicant

Passport Request

Guys, i just receive an email requesting us new photos and our passports. First of all im so excited and happy, i just can believe it after almost 3 years. Well, my question is, how long does it take to get passports back? i have an international trip in one month.

Congratulations Joebaja, I suggest you submet your passport to cic, postponed your trip if passport delays. My advice is based on the time and effort you have put in to this final stage and don't allow any projectspecial (though it might also be a priority ) you can always recover it. Like an economist, it is an opportunity cost foregone.
