Hello my friend Druce, I know how eager you are to receive MR but don't be optimistic that the thing which call waiting will be finished ???
I had my MR as you know since 22 January 2016 and received by Ottawa visa office since 10 Feb 2016 and nothing till now except waiting and waiting

I lost my mind to calculate and see other people time line, really the processing of our immigration files by visa offices is unpredictable
they have not a pattern to speculate what and when you could be there.

Wish that May will be the luck month to all of us my friend.

If the panel physician had altready confirmed to you that your medical was okay and that they already uploaded/submitted the result, then it's now in the hands of the Vissa Office (VO) processing your application.

What's your VO? Check the timelines of the other applicants who has the same VO as yours so you can compare and decide whether you now need to contact your VO or you need to wait for some few more weeks.

The timelines of others' are really helpful and gives us a sense of security somehow. Which during the whole process we are worried and wonder how is it going? So through these timelines, we can get the clues of the possible movements of our own application.

There is no word of my medical. I guess my physician haven't cofirmed the result as my wife did not finished the X-ray test because of her pregnancy. Well then, we will see it later then.

on the cic website... when you open your account and see IN PROCESS click that and will show you the status updates of your application. MEDICAL RECEIVED is line # 5 on my account.

I know that MR will not be the end of this waiting game, but it is one step closer to the finish line my friend

I have also lost my mind many times trying to calculate when I can expect PPR & COPR, this is unfortunately impossible as each of our cases, VO's & circumstances differ.

I am hopeful and optimistic that I will receive PPR before end August though. This month I should receive MR and you should receive PPR.

Which VO are you from again?

Yes...

They'll email you an AOR ... Actually, it doesn't really say Acknowledgment Of Receipt, but it's a confirmation that they received your PR application... It will also indicate your UCI # (unique client identification) and Application # that you may use to access your ECAS (electronic client application status).

However ... If there are missing documents or signature in any of the submitted forms, the CIO may instead return your PR application package with an instruction/note regarding what are/is missing or incomplete...

I am from Egypt my friend, my visa office is Ottawa visa office which process most inland application for this reason I don't know how and when I can expect the PPR.
I sent them today an e-mail asking about my application since it's been 5 months at their office now.
