Hello everyone! I am asking help again, i have stayed in the US for 5 months and i will probably declare it in travels.Do i need to get an FBI clearance as well? It is stated in the guidelines that police clearance is needed for 6 months stay onwards.Thanks so much!

And one more thing, travel or vacay outside the Phils for 3-5 days must also be declared right?

My LOA was received by my uncle in MB few days ago! Dated July 31, 2014!

By the way. is anyone here already filling up their CIC Application package? I'm having a hard time typing my data because some of my answers are long and I think the adobe reader has its text limit. I don't know what to do. can someone pls help me regarding this matter?

Hi Positibongpinay!

I should say, I will follow what the Guidelines says. So for your US travel, i believe that you dont Need a clearance from the FBI as it was not more than 6 mos.

And you may declare all your travels outside the Philippines if you wish to provided that it is within the Guidelines.

Guys i have one question finally we get document from employer that my wife is from 1 January on work, in personal history document that we send to Vienna we write that hi is working from 1 January. So now Should we send now the document or we should wait for they to ask ?

I've read here about some delay, but I'm interesting whether MPNP already have started to send LOA's to applicants?

My sponsor/cousin got interviewed yesterday, Aug. 22 after almost 2.5 months from assessment pending. He said everything looks good with my application so I just need to wait for the approval. Though upon checking, status is not changed yet. I hope this is a good sign especially for my fellow
October applicants
