Hi all,

My friend has applied under Mpnp in Oct 2013 and got ineligible letter in March 2014 cos his supporter has sponsor someone else at a same time.
He has applied again in june 2014 within 3 months of period so does it effect his file pls advide.

I have mailed same case to Mpnp Office and they gave replay as below. Please check it Sure it will help you to understand.

Dear Applicant:

For distant relative/friends, a Manitoba Supporter can only support 1 friend at a time and that would be 18 months from date of submission of the last applicant they are currently supporting. Which means you still have to wait for a couple of months before you can submit your application.

But he has changed his sponsor 1st time he has been sponsored under GS and 2nd time under FS only thing is 3 months of gap prriod..

so i think it doesn't matter.

However, once you check ineligible letter and be sure. ( it there any thing written that they will accept new application after 6 month from the receiving letter)

or

Direct mail to Mpnp office, sure they will answer you.

Dear All,

Which of these two cases if any, will make an application ineligible because your sponsor is sponsoring another person's application:

a. In case of sponsor sponsoring an application that has passed MPNP and is at CIC level

b. In case of sponsor sponsoring an application that has JUST been approved by CIC

is there a time limit between which a sponsor can sponsor another application OR can do it almost immediately one application has been successful.

A sponsor has filed an application with mpnp whilst the application is under pending, the initial application the sponsor signed just got through.

MPNP is getting harder and out of reach!!
Specialty for regulated professions- like teaching.
They are beating teachers and don't let cry.
Really got depressed.
Today I met a person who is a couple. Both are govt teacher.main applicant is 39 year old and is an M.A English with ielts score of 6.0 overall.
He has been kept in waiting for two years.And....
few days ago he has been gifted a reffusal.
Why ????.......
"You have a weak english proficiency.you can apply again when you got language pfoficiency.
You can not appeal against the decision ".
But he was not told what the exact language proficiency is.
so guys dont think and take it easy.
A good luck and a chance does realy matter .
PRAY and keep praying.

it is really a tough one, but don't lose hope... we,from non-native english speaking countries, must prove that we are capable to practice our profession in their country. we are entailed to pass all the necessary examinations and must demonstrate an equal knowledge with regards to their curriculum. it's quite reasonable knowing that we want to live and work there permanently so we must abide to the rules set by their regulatory body. don't be depressed because God has plans for each one of us, in His own perfect time.

by the way, what is the passing mark for teachers in ielts to obtain licensure in canada? for us nurses, it's 7.5 Listening, 6.5 Reading, 7 Writing and 7 Speaking with OBS of 7... i was told by my consultancy to pass my GT with almost the same scores needed by my regulatory body for them to properly assess that i can pass academic module needed to be a registered nurse in canada. although we all know that even a 5.5 mark can apply and be nominated, it is still better to for us with regulated professions to pass it with exemplary mark. hope it enlightened you. Dear Seniors,

On the time of file submission I was not able to provide 3 months bank history showing regular saving but I was having nearly CAD $ 17000 in my account, so I only attached the bank statements showing money only. Also I have attached my wealth papers which was more than CAD $ 150000.
Later on I started keeping money into my account and now I have proper savings showing in my accounts from more than three months. As recently my status has been changed to Assessment Pending I am pretty much assure that visa officer will ask me for my bank history.
Now my query is that can I update my bank history by my own before VO ask or I should wait for him to ask ?

I am trying to find out what is the score requirement but could not.Please post if you know about.and surprising matter is that they have been given nominations to teachers having 5.5 score few weeks ago.
