Can anybody guide me about the proof of funds requirement. I am MPNP family stream, landing on the 29 of july, do I need to show Proof of funds to the Immigration Officer and if so, how?? will Bank Statements or balance certificate work??

For provincial nominees, they are not super strict with the funds and they seldom ask how much you have.
