Kindly based your answer here. If your MPNP supporter is not in this category it is considered to be of GS.

To be considered a close relative, a Manitoba Supporter must be related to the applicant (or the applicant's spouse) in one of the following ways:

sister or brother
niece or nephew (ie. child of your sister or brother)
aunt or uncle (ie. brother or sister of your mother or father)
first cousin (ie. child of your aunt or uncle)
mother or father
grandmother or grandfather

Also, What are the additional documents requested?

My sister sponsored me.but professional experience was less than 2 years.
The documents asked to me are, my 3 month old bank statement and my Master degree. these both documents i already submitted but ask me again 2nd time i dont know y.

so what u suggest it's GS or FS.

I sent a follow up email to mpnp office and they reply me as..

"The application has been received and is placed in queue for assessment. Once a decision has been made the applicant will receive notification in writing of the outcome."

m worrying about such a long processing time after sponsor's interview.
Is there anybody whose sponsor's interview was held in mid of December and still waiting for LOA.

Even I sent a follow up email on 01/03/2014. I got a reply on 03/03/2014 saying that 'Your application is placed in queue for assessment. Once a decision has been made the applicant will receive notification in writing of the outcome'.

I'm looking forward for my Sponsor's interview.

The stream is based on the Manitoba Support. If your sister is your sponsor then you are considered on a Family Stream.

Welcome to the group. Please advise, what is your intended occupation in Manitoba.

LOA will be sent through postal mail.

I do not see any problem if you apply for student visa, but make sure to inform MPNP office about changes in status.

Clarence, kindly include timeline of Imran Bajwa in our tracking sheet.

In our online application, we indicated the mailing address of our sponsor, so it will be faster coz they're already in Manitoba..

I'm just curious if there's anyone here who received their LOA directly, even if they indicated the mailing address of their sponsor in Manitoba?

MPNP Application Batch 2014

Hi All,

I am want to apply for canadian immigration under MPNP scheme. I am planning to file online during mid March 2014.
I have a friend who lives in winniepeg since more than one year.

My question is:

1. My friend is not financially stable currently, but her husband is. Also there is a ongoing file on her Husband. My file will be the first for her. Will there be any issue in such case?

2. All my documents are ready except Reference letter from employer stating my roles & responsibilities. My employer doesn't provide such letter .
Can I submit any other document instead this?

3. Do I need 2 friends to support my application or One close friend is enough.

A couple is considered as one when sponsoring, therefore your friend cannot sponsor you until her husband's friend has either withdrawn the application or has already been approved a visa. Multiple sponsporship is only permitted for relatives not friends.

2. All my documents are ready except Reference letter from employer stating my roles & responsibilities. My employer doesn't provide such letter .
Can I submit any other document instead this?

You can try submitting a contract if the contract states your duties and responsibilities and the job title.

3. Do I need 2 friends to support my application or One close friend is enough.

Only one sponsor necessary.

Hi guys bad news for me I send mpnp follow up email about my results nd they emailed me refusal letter stating that my father inlaw is not well established in Manitoba as compared to my brother inlaws living in Ontario so this drama ends here for me for the rest of u good luck

I want ask that u only knew by e mail or they post u on regular mail,
Plus they told you after you ask ? So if you didn't ask they will let you Waite .
