Good morning members!
it seems that no movements in all GS applicants since June 2013, is there anyway we can follow up with MPNP in Manitoba?

Hi Brieanna,

You may want to send them an email and ask the status of your application. I wrote them last week and they replied saying that my application is still in process. It has been more than 8 months now since the time I applied.

Thanks, the expiry date has been explained to me by the embassy. Apparently, they made a mistake in basing my visa on my previous passport. My previous passport expires on May 9, 2014. But my new passport expires January 2019. So, they asked me to appear personally at the embassy on Monday to get a new visa and COPR that is valid until January 2015.

So, not exactly at the end yet as I cannot buy my ticket until new visa is provided. But at least I know that the visa has been granted. Yay!

I'm a newbie in this forum. And like others,i also follow these thread
First,I would like to congratulate all the members/applicants who just received their passport with visa! I just hope mine will come soon
It's been 2months since NHSI Baguio forwarded my Medical result to CEm and paid my rprf last year,nov.29 to be specific..Still waiting for email notification for PPR.
Like Munde, i also sent an email to CEm asking if they already received all my documents accordingly and another thing is my e-cas, it doesnt
change,still application received last sept.4..
But I do believed that good things happen for those who wait,right Munde? let's just keep our faith

PPV arrived today without any changes on my ECAS.

So happy, but the expiration of my visa is 8 May 2014, why is that? I thought it is based on the medicals?

Hey everyone. Checked my status online and it says a decision has been made on your application. The office will contact u concerning this decision. What do they mean by contact? Also, I received my PPR January 29,2014 submitted my passport a week later.

BTW, I would like to congratulate the ever helpful Ms. Tabs on her visa.

We lose some and we gain more.... Thats whats happening right now with this forum.... We lose some members because they will be busy picking up the pieces, when they step on canada... But we gain more friends setting foot on canadian soil... Hope to see you all.... Specially those who guided us in every step....

Thank you so much and for remembering my gender. LoL

And also, congratulating you for having DM. Don't worry about getting in contact. They have already asked for your PPR, and that is what the contact they meant. It's just that ECAS is usually quite late. I even had DM the day after I received my visa.
