Moving countries before Passport Request / COPR

Hey everyone.
Im in a bit of a pickle and any advice is welcome.

• I am currently living in Australia
• I am expecting my COPR / Passport Request by June end
• I might also move to Germany for a job in the next two months
• My medical expires by December 2019 so I need to get my process done by then.

I can try to delay joining so that I finish this process before I make my move but I have a few questions in case it does not work out -

• Does this mean I can only send my passport to get the single entry visa from Germany?
• Will moving to another country mess up my process in any way?
• Is there anyone official I can mail / contact regarding this?
• Am I missing anything else?

I am single. So, no dependents etc. Will provide more info if required !
