Hi friends,
this forum has helped me a lot when i applied my own visa. I am graduated from 2 year diploma program with honours.
My father had already travelled to US so i just wanted my mom to come visit me so, that she can also enjoy outer world in her life as she is hpusewife and helped a lot in my life. i got all the important documents from my college, my passport and she also showed her attachment to india my father and 13 year old brother also my grandparents being there all dependent on her, she showed some money in form of FDR and the rest of property on my fathers name and affidavt by my father that everything under his name is equally shared with her, but visa rejected even when there were no chances that she could stay here, she planned to visit me only for one week. All of my friends parents got their visa.. Can anyone tell if she can reapply later on as my convo is over now?? after how much time and on what basis?? is it good to apply with my father???
please do reply help me.. i want her to come and stay with me..
