Mother in law supervisa

My wife is not working right now, she is student and last worked in 2022.

I am planning to apply only mother in law supervisa on my basis not father in law right now.

My inlaws don’t have strong financial to show.

My wife and I both are canadian citizen and living for 6 years in Canada.

Can I apply mother in law supervisa on my basis?

You can act as their representative but it is your wife who is the one who is hosting. To meet LICO, your NOA can be included as wells as your spouse’s.
