Please, please advice anyone. I have a friend who is in dilemma here. July 2013 is her 4rt year here in Canada and she missed 15 days to complete the 24 months to apply for a PR under live in caregiver program, but still she wants to send her application for OWP/PR this month. She's afraid of her status in here. she's still working on her 3rd employer until now. She miss a lot of document; she don't have a copy of work permit and payslip with the 1st employer, ROE with the 2nd employer, police clearance with Hong kong but she wants to send it anyway and just make a letter that she did all her best to contact her former employers but they cant be reach anymore. she just don't know what to do. SHe called CIC and the agent advice her to apply for Humanitarian but she just wants to apply under Live in caregiver. I told her that her papers will be sent back to her if she misses a lot of requirements. Help! what to do?
