8/24 request, 9/27 got the last note… after that I didn’t request any becuz there’s no change for 6 months. I’m going to request a new one later on.

The last time I got notes (at the end of Sept/21), it wasn't.
I requested it again a few weeks ago. Still waiting for their answer. I'll keep you posted.

I guess it was similar to the following:
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Info Sharing: Completed
VO: Montreal

May 7,2021 Aor - single, cec TFW (as per the gcms)
Medical and bio passed, nothing changed for others till July.
I requested gcms in July, received it in Aug and said still nothing has been started, at Montreal vo.
They ignored my 2nd gcms request, still no update. No GU at all.

Update: GU today, right after requesting 3rd gcms note last night :/ good signal hopefully.

Thanks. I took it at CVS. Although they were reluctant, all they had to do was change the computer settings to 'Canada'. Their cutter is customized for US type passports only, so I used a pair of scissors to cut it myself.

Did it end up working out for you? Like were the pictures accepted by IRCC? Got your COPR?

Got PPR today!
My initial VO was Ottawa
Got changed to Montreal this year in March 2021. Got PPR from Ottawa this morning!
So I am not sure what really my VO is! However, got it this morning.

Montreal has been so quiet....
I checked on different threads, and it seems they were working on TR to PR applications about 2 weeks ago (many TRtoPR folks got their PR portal email from Montreal around Nov 6 to 12).
After that, a few ADR and a lot of silence.
