Something totally unexpected happened, I got another identical Portal 1 email this morning. I have already got Portal 1 on April 3, and today is April 19, I received Portal 1 again, from Montreal.

My portal 2 is also Nov 27th. I haven't received ecopr yet. I wonder if photo has some influence on timeline. I had to scan my photo and then upload it.
Did you do the same?
Also, l gave a different address than l used for P1. In dact, mailing address.

I am in similar condition, I have to give a different mailing address than my residential address. I live in BC and I am planning to move next month. I want to give my friends address in Toronto for P2 mailing address for PR card delivery.
Could you pls guide? Does it have any impact on application? Is it allowed?
