Mom received passport request. What to do now?

Hi All,

I applied my mom's visa myself on 30th May and received original passport request on the 5th June, i.e. today. Can you tell me what she has to take with her to VFS office?

I know, 1st is passport, 2nd is the letter that I received. What else?
