I am a landed Immigrant and landed in 2016.
I recently applied for my father's Visitor visa which was approved as well he has not visited Canada yet.
My problem is, I entered my eldest sister surname in IMM 5645 as her husband's surname in both my and my father's application. But recently when I was talking to her it came out that eventually she did not go ahead with name change which we were not aware, hence she has her surname as my father's.
Is it possible to change her name in IMM 5645 now?
Any help is highly appreciated.
