Mississauga Test Results - January 2012 Test

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering if any one heard about their test besides couple of entries mentioned their updates ? which according to what I noted going through the post are as under:

Test : Dec 19th 2011
Oath : Feb 21 2012

Test : Jan 13th
Oath : March 20th

Test: Jan 19th
Oath : March 14th


I appeared for my test on 31st Jan and now eagerly waiting for the Oath date. Since I am planning for a trip by mid March and than in April.

Appreciate any updates. Good Luck to all who are heading for the test!

i took the citizen test in January 16 , 2012 and no update yet .

anybody did the test same day which get the Oath Letter , please share

Yesterday got letter to appear for Oath for my self and my wife. My time frame is as follows....

Received your application -March 25, 2011.
Started processing -October 11, 2011.
File transferred to Mississauga CIC office-October 31, 2011.
Notice for citizenship test -January 11, 2012.
Test on @ Glen Dr. -January 27, 2012.
Notice for oath of citizenship -March 14, 2012.
Citizenship ceremony -March 29, 2012.

I received my letter of oath on Friday (March 16).

I wrote my test on January 20, 2012 and my oath is on March 30, 2012.

my case as below :-
• Application received on March , 2011.
• CIC started processing my application on October 2011.
• File was transferred to the Mississauga CIC office on November , 2011.
• Notice on December 30, 2011 to appear and write the citizenship test .
• Test Date January 16, 2012 .
• Nothing received after that .

is that normal delay? please share similar cases

No updates, feels like so much of wait time, almost checking the status every day ... good luck to every one and congratulations to all who already received the date.

Please keep updating for Mississauga timeline so it becomes easier for us to gauge the idea of expected time lime..

So now all, i called CIC, they said it will take upto 6 months for oath, They don't see any issues with my file, i don't know why this waitConfused.... i really wanted to go to Europe for summer vacations, anyways i already received my OHIP record and since i go to doc once a month for B12 shot, my presence is very well convered in thatSmile, I also sent query for CBSA travel record which i received today( that is within 4 days, i faxed on Monday 19th) to my surprise it only shows that i landed in 2004 after that NOTHING, i travelled few times by land to USA, but there is nothing in my file..last time in 2008 my card was swaped and i paid the gst for the items i purchased from US..still nothing, do i need to look some where else in order to obtain land record?
Note:I have not received RQ or anything, i just want to gather all docs incaseOuch......

Hi everyone,

Updates from my end is I received the letter today about the oath ceremony, mine is scheduled to be on 25th April 2012, I appeared for the test on 31st Jan 2012, the letter was printed on 30th March 2012.

Hope this be helpful information for those who are waiting to hear from Citizennship of immigration Canada.
