I have did my masters in July 2012, and worked in my first job from sep 2012 to Jan 2014, after that i worked in UK from june 2014 to Aug2017, and currently i am unemployed, as i am looking after my 8 month baby.

1 But from my first job (july 2012 to sep2014) i dont have any payslips, but i have the reference letter from employer.? is that sufficient for work experience requirement? or anything else required ?

2 As i am currently unemployed, does it make any negative impression on visa officer ?

1. In the absence of pay slips, you can show your bank statements or tax documents to prove that you had paid employment during that period.

2. Being unemployed does not affect your PR application in any way.

Good luck.

Hi,
the payslips are not required doc so you don't need any of them (no need to be worry about it).
Unemployment has nothing to do with the impression of a visa officer. It is not compulsory to by employed at the time of applying (also no need to be worry about it).
