Missing Exit dates in CBSA records - please help

Hello,

In preparation for my citizenship application I ordered ATIP few months ago but I didnt thoroughly check it. Now that I am calculating my physical presence I see a lot of missing entries.

Based on my calculations I have 1148 days, however the ATIP CBSA record is missing several exit records.

2019-11-27 - Travel to India , entry back to Canada is marked correct
2020-01-04 - Travel to USA, entry back to Canada is marked correct
2020-08-16 - Travel to USA, entry back to Canada is marked correct
2020-11-07 - Travel to USA, entry back to Canada is marked correct
2020-12-04 - Travel to USA, entry back to Canada is marked correct

My US I94 records show the entry and exit but CBSA records dont show exit from Canada.

In addition the India trip exit is missing from CBSA records. I do have a physical stamp in my passport showing my entry into India.

How do I proceed with this? Do I pre-emptively attach an explanation or wait and see what happens?

I held a Canadian visitor visa prior to becoming a PR. I visited Canada twice as a visitor during my eligibility period. The total duration on the visitor visa was 5 days.

When I try to enter the issue date and expiry date of my visitor visa it says end date should be before PR date. The visitor visa was issued for 5 years.
How do I proceed? Should I enter the expiry as the date I received my COPR. Additionally, the online calculator seems to count these visitor days for physical presence. Is it correct?
