Minor Citizenship Complete but no Letter

My child Status changed into "Complete " with line you became citizen on 26 July 2016. I didn't receive any letter for sending PR card & Landing paper or any citizenship certificate.

1. You child if s/he became a citizen, then s/he will only get a citizenship certificate.
2. You can contact the call centre to find out the processing time.

Hi, Can you confirm if you received certificate? Please also confirm in how many days? Did you send PR card or not?
