migrating to canada

I am working in an oil and gas firm in africa, i want to apply for a PR to canada. I will be working 6 months in africa and staying 6 months in canada if granted. But my spouse and two kids will be staying in canada for 12 months a year. What is the best option available for me and my family to be granted PR
