Pulling up this thread with positive aura ...... another Visa received from NDVO yesterday. Also 1 update by a forum member "jigarshah" that his friend (not in this forum) received Visa.

This is the first time PAFSO has gone to the PSLRB. Last contract negotiation round, there was threat of back-to-work leg
For those of you wondering about a decision today, don't get your hopes up. This is just hearing stage - no set end date # dipstrike
PAFSO expects the hearing will be over in one or two days. PSLRB likely issue written decision within a week after end of hearing
PAFSO lawyer: by proposing preconditions for arbitration that are unreasonable for the union, TB was acting in bad faith
