Merging additional sheets and IMM forms

Here’s something people surely can help with. I’m applying online right now for my OWP.
When applying online how are people merging the IMM forms and additional Microsoft word documents together?
For the sections that require extra space etc.
driving me nuts trying to figure it out.

Google merge docs and you will get quite a lot of apps to do that.. like smallpdf.com, ilovepdf.com
