Need a little help. Is there anyone who is able to get medium of instruction certificate issued from PTU.
Actually I am planning to enroll for a study program in Canada. As I learnt from website of university (where I want to enroll) that even if I am able to produce a certificate that states the medium of instructions during study actually carried out was english, I may not need to go for IELTS. Is this understanding right?
Has anyone got such certificate issued from PTU (Now IKGPTU).
Also If I am able to get such certificate and college approves my admission, so when I apply for student Visa, does the Visa approval process also need IELTS or it is not required for student Visa approval process.

Done B-tech from Shaheed Bhagat Singh college of engineering and Technology in Chemical Engineering from 2001-05.
