what i learnt from this forum is that:
1. when u first log in the e-cas, it will show at the very 1st page the 'In Process' status.
2. but when u click on 'In Process', in the details there will be mentioned 'Medical results have been received'.
3. if it is showing 'Medical results have been received', this means ur background check has been finished & cleared, u will receive PPR within a week.

it's just my understanding.if we keep watching our e-cas & share here, i think we will be able to compare if the above info. is really correct or not.

I think we need to wait & see. we will record it in this thread if inside 'In Process' it shows 'medical results have been received' & after that within a week if we receive PPR. if it happens everytime to everyone of us, this means it is a procedure followed by London CHC.

good luck......

as per DMP, to get the exact date we will have to ask the DMP for the tracking number of the post that they sent. the tracking number will show us the date & time itt was delivered at London CHC.

as per e-cas, we will never know the date that the started to check if our medical tests are all ok.

as per London CHC, we can always send them a case specific enquiry thorugh the web form to check if they have received the medical. i have not yet sent a case specific enquiry related to it. but i think they only confirm that they have received the medical & but they do not say on which date.

as per my opinion, i think DMP's tracking number for the medical is most reliable.

until now the e cas shows in process for me. what i have learned from other thread is that e cas is not updated. there are some who have their passport requested but ecas still shows in process. its more reliable if we will check medical by the tracking number our DMP will give us.
