Hi Champ,

The medicals are usally sent by post by your DMP. It cant be sent by email as your Xrays are also needed to be sent.

Thanks for reply, but i need information that when Medical request is sent to us, i.e. when we receive information from CHC that you need to go for medicals by which mode information is send to us by email OR by Normal Post.

Normal mail as the IMM 1017 is a form.

You will receive your section A by mail not by email.

The IMM1017 form or Section A of the medical forms contains your photo you sent and also your personal details on it like name , dob , place of birth , CIC file number , category applying under eg FSW etc. The photo is stamped with a CIC seal across one corner to prevent photos being switched / fraud. Thus this form is always mailed to you by normal post.

I also have a question. My lawyer is in Canada. every correspondance is sent to him. So when the medicals are sent, will ND chc send that to me via post? OR first they will send to Lawyer and he will send me this?
