Suffering from ulcerative colitis and presently working in Canada on work permit, will it be affect my permanent residence application on medical issue

When you have the medical for your PR, if this comes up, they will investigate if it is likely to be excessive demand on health care in the future. You may be sent to a specialist and have to get some tests and reports to show the severity of the problem. If they find that it is not excessive demand, then you will not have a problem. Otherwise, you could be denied.
