I got My CPR and other immigration documents. In the attached letter they discuss many topics one of these talking about Medical surveillance. I have code 2.02 in section 28 of the CPR!! what dose 2.02 code mean?? Also the office did not provide me with any separate surveillance form. Is it a problem to have this code?? please help me

Same situation in my COPR. No additional surveillance form. Is it required to stay for 4-6 months to get this completed?
