Medical Results received - what does this mean???

hi there - i was just checking my ecas and there's one line added to the description...

We started processing your application on......

Medical Results have been received

What does this indicate...Passport was requested by the embassy on July 9, 2009...

If you have similar case or any other inputs, please share it with me....please!!!

My ECAS changed the same day I recieved my passport request letter in the mail. It changed to In Process to Decision Made - Medicals Recieved.

thanks for your input...i hope the embassy will send the passport back with visa stamped on it.

this is actually a sponsorship for my Dad and two brothers in Manila, Philippines....which i think is the longest processing times among other PR cases. their passports were sent to the canadian embassy on july 9, 2009..

Looking on trackitt.com it seems Manilla is taking anywhere from 1 month to 5 months to return passports after requested.

Hi everyone, I redid my medicals on 27 July 2013 and on 15 august,2013 my ecas added another line" Medical results have been received".

What does it mean? It means results received by OTTAWA from doctor or result received by LA from OTTAWA?

If it received by LA from OTTAWA then its just over 2 weeks and I heard it takes about 2 months at least.

Please share your experience or thoughts..

I will really appreciate your reply guys.
