I think I put it wrong on my app.

I filed for PNP December 2010 but got the letter from Buffalo April 25th.

FYI response from Buffalo if you're using a representative:


Good morning

Your file indicates that you have an authorized representative. Unless you submit to us a signed and dated use of a representative form formally dispensing with the services of your representative, we will correspond with your representative only. We simply do not have the resources to do double work on files by responding to representations from both applicants and their representatives.

So, they do check your file, however then tell you something you already know!

I have question..

My file transferred to Detroit and i did not pay my RPRF fees yet. I'm planning when i get passport request, to go to Detroit for visa stamping in person. Since i did not pay my RPTF, does this makes a problem? and how i'm gonna pay the fees at the embassy.

It wont be a problem not paying now. Just bring a bank draft to pay when you walk in person for stamping.
