its diffrernt from passport photo... its 35mm x 45 mm... from head to chin 25mm-30 mm.. congrats..

Photo Specs for Immigration and PR Card are THE SAME (35x45mm finish size, crown to chin 25-30mm). Your case was quite fast, applied in August and PPR in December. You must be one of those Ottawa lucky cases!

Photo specs for Temporary Resident is different and is not relevant here so don't get confused.
