Unfortunately there is no specific timeframe for PPR. Each case is different and depends on so many factors. Having said that u just need to be patient, u r almost there and your PPR is around the corner. Just for your info I received my PPR almost 6 months after medicals. So just hang on and hope for the best. Rejection chances are almost rare at this stage so dont worry.

Hello dear thanks for the info, the problem I have kids and the school want me to pay for next year and I have no idea if I'm staying or I will go to Canada???
Can I ask you a question? Why did it take them 6 months to send you the PPR?

My travel history is longer tht could be the reason for delay in my case. I would suggest u to opt for GCMS notes, that will reflect whts holding your application and the next due date. Also note u went for medicals in March so u will be issued visa till next March so you would have sufficient time on your hand for your first landing.

Do you mean that if you visited a lot of countries could delay your application?
İ applied for caips notes yesterday, i have to wait for 5 to 6 weeks to recieve my file notes

Yes beacuse CIC needs security & criminality clearance from all those countires one has visited.

Seniors pls help..
I want to submit both(self and spouse) passports at VHS, is there a specific format for authorization letter which my wife has to give so that i can submit the PP on her behalf?

Me too think that this is very highly likely the case. I travelled to Bucharest twice (totally 1.5 months), to USA twice and to Singapore, my case is stuck since my newborn MR and FBI submission back in March 23rd (got MR on March 10). Checking my recently GCMS, security sections are all empty, criminality is in progress. My due-date for these checks were June 04, 2015. But I still have not received PPR or DM .

Do you know any other people from Bucharest ? check to see for how long the VO took to complete their security and criminality checks, perhaps we could come to some clue about timeline.
