thing are even worst. medical received not appearing on Ecase but I got it confirmed with London. They are saying "Background verification Outstanding".

thanks alot for your valuable information .. that's very kind and sweet from your side ...
I got ppr in 2011 and they returned back my pass without a visa issuance for further processing .. then damascus closed and med expired .... I redid medical before 5 months with a clear background checks ...
they said the med results are still in france? And when they enclose it to the file I will get ppr ....... Is that reasonable that med results stay in france for 5 months

Dont worry my friend even before PPR DM is weird and confusing.....but still have good hope...some time they DM without PPR...you should write a CSI at this stage to VO....about this status.......

I know several people who got DM way before PPR. We're talking about getting DM two or three months before PPR, so it's normal in a lot of cases. I got DM about 2 days before I got PPR myself. So don't worry.

The key here is the medical received line. If you got the third line as well (either at the same time you got DM, or before you got DM), most likely things were fine, and PPR should be on its way (though it's hard to say really how long before you will get PPR, it varies from applicants to applicants).

don't be upset at this stage.....on CIC web under the Tab of Processing time if you see the normal processing time is 21 months and you have 19 months....you have early medical request in 8 months whereas most of the applicant got PER in this time frame...if someone get medical within 6 to 8 months of application they got PPR late and if they got medical late they got PPR very soon....but they are still following their processing time frame...you still have 2 months to cross this processing time wait and see you will soon get PPR request.
