I'm awaiting for the PPR impatiently, as I have a very tough situation, SO PLZ I'd like your assisstance just to know where I am
Application Status: we are processing your application.
Review of elegibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the elegibility requirements
Review of medical results: you passed the medical exam
Background check:it was your application is in progress and now Not applicable
Final decision:your application is in progress
Please tell me what is that?

Hello everybody
I am an applicant waiting for more than 19 months for Visa. I am a Quebec aplicant
18.01.2016 I have applied for visa in Federal
22.07.2016 done medical
22.07.2017 medical expired (in GCKey the message changed from "Medical passed" to "If you need e medical exam you will get a message"
02.09.2017 the status in GCkey changed again in "Medical Passed".

Waiting impatiently for visa request.

I am in the same situation as you, from where you applied to the federal ?

it should be 9-10 weeks after you passed medical exam

Got mine 6 weeks after i passed the Medical exams. Just be patient. You will get the PPR mail shortly.

I have pasted below what i see in the application status for my PPR.
I have done the medical exam in May.
three weeks ago I have been asked to send additional documents (two police certificates).
They received it and they said that no further action was required on my side and that an agent would have contacted me if additional documents are required.
I wonder how close I am to the final decision and if working on a short term contract (with a work permit) in a different province from the one where I applied as skilled worker (QC) would impact the application.

wait 1-2 for PPR, it is an e-mail "Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa" (inland)
sometimes is consider spam or promotion e-mail for gmail or other e-mail provider
