Medical result still no result

Hi good day. I lodged last Nov. 5 and had my upfront medical last Dec 18. It was upfront because I scheduled medical without the request yet. I am just so bothered because until now their's no update with my medical result. I contacted the nationwide clinic and they said they already forwarded my result last Jan. 4,2021. Anyone here same situation with me? I already forwarded ewebform for them to be updated. What should I do? Thank you

I also applied on nov 5 with upfront medical done in october. Still no update even after raising 2 webforms.
