HI! i'd like to ask if there is a chance that one family member's permanent residency application cannot be accepted? In our case, my youngest daughter is initially diagnosed with a Turner's Syndrome. We are currently waiting for laboratory test results requested by the referred specialist to rule the illness out. If she will ( i hope not!) turned out positive for TS, will her papers be denied and ours apprved, or will it be all for one and one for all? But we've decided that if she can't ba accepted as PR we may not push throuh with ours, we can't leave her behind! Please enlighten me..thanks!!! :(

If one member of the family is refused, all are refused.
